Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24–48 hours.
Yes! We ship worldwide — free of charge on all orders.
Please contact us immediately at info@avorelia.com. We process orders quickly, so address changes can only be made before dispatch. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international), please contact us at info@avorelia.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in their original condition — no stains, perfume, deodorant marks or signs of wear. You will need proof of purchase.
Email us at info@avorelia.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the return cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, contact us at info@avorelia.com.
Wrong size? We'll sort it. Contact us at info@avorelia.com and we'll find the best solution. The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item and place a new order.
Items showing signs of wear, personalised or custom-made products, gift cards, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons cannot be returned. If you're unsure, contact us before sending anything back.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@avorelia.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
Sizing & Fit
Each product page has a Size Guide button with detailed measurements in cm and inches, plus the corresponding UK size. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide for the most accurate fit.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Check the individual size guide on each product page for specific guidance.

Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via Shopify.

Enter your discount code at checkout in the "Discount code" field before completing your purchase. Only one discount code can be used per order.
Products & Care
Our pieces are made from a premium satin polyester blend — lightweight, breathable and designed to drape beautifully. Full fabric details are listed on each product page.
Hand wash cold and hang dry. Do not tumble dry or iron directly on the fabric. With proper care, your piece will look beautiful for years.
Yes — our product images show the actual item. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but we always aim for the most accurate representation possible.
