Order Processing

Shipping Costs

Free EU shipping on all orders over EUR 79. Orders under EUR 79 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Packages
