Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Items must not show any signs of wear such as stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or washing. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will always try to find a solution first. Wrong size? We will exchange. We want every Avorelia customer to be happy!

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item
- Delivery within the EU is typically 6-10 business days

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@avorelia.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons after use
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union - 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify for this right, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds for withdrawals will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including the cost of standard delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@avorelia.com.
